- Determine the distance you want to kayak or canoe and the type
of kayak you want along with the distance your party
wants to travel; we have single kayaks, tandem kayaks,
sit-on-top kayaks, and canoes.
- Your choices for arrival here are 6-mile and 26-Mile
at 9:00AM, 11:00AM, 1:00PM, & 3:00PM; the 14-Mile
arrives at 8:00AM or 10:00AM.
- Make your reservation.
- Drive over to our location at 306 Industrial Blvd.,
Bastrop, TX 78602.
- Each person will sign waivers of liability; parents
will sign for the kids.
- Settle up payment for the boats on the distance
you are kayaking or canoeing.
- We require everyone to watch the safety video.
- You will have a choice of either purchasing a dry
bag or we will loan you one for your journey.
- Bring your cell phone to call us at a certain point
on the river.
- We will go over the map of the section of river
you are kayaking or canoeing down and provide you
with a copy of the map.
- We will fit your party with the correct size of
life vests or PFD.
- Everyone will load into the van along with their
gear for transportation to the river.
- We will drop your party and the boats off at the
entry point.
- Enjoy the river then call us at a certain point.
- We will pick your party up along with the boats
at the exit point and transport you back to the shop.
